Renter shall pay a total rental fee of the negotiated amount for the use of the space, and a $500.00 security/damage deposit as determined in accordance with the fee schedule.

Fee Schedule. A $500.00 security deposit is required to reserve date. Security deposit will be refunded if event is cancelled more than 30 days prior to the event date. A Non-refundable deposit/installmentĀ  of 25% of the entire rental amount is to be paid 12 months prior to event . Final balance is to be paid in full at least 30 days prior to event date. If renter fails to pay the full Rental Fee by the Payment Due Date, Lessor shall have the right to revoke the License and to keep the full amount of the Deposit. On the Event Date the Security deposit becomes the Damage Deposit. The Lessor reserves the right to withhold all or part of the damage deposit if the Renter and or guests of the renter do not meet the standards set out in Section 5 below.

Capacity. We have a strict policy of a maximum of 100 people allowed at Noisy Acres Garden Estates during any event. Written permission from Lessor is required for any additional people and may result in extra charges/fees.

Damage. The Lessor is responsible for trash removal and clean-up following the event to a reasonable volume. Over abundance of trash, repair for damages, replacement of items, or an extraordinary amount of additional clean-up may result in a loss of all or part of the damage deposit. ABSOLUTELY NO CONFETTI OR RICE PERMITTED ON PREMISES.

Smoking. Smoking is only allowed in designated areas of Noisy Acres Garden Estates, this will be strictly enforced, fire is a very serious concern. It is up to the Renter to inform all of the guests where smoking is allowed.

Responsibility. Noisy Acres Garden Estates is not responsible for any item(s) rented from outside sources or personal property that is lost, damaged, or stolen on the premises.

Alcohol. If there will be alcohol served at an event, the Renter assumes all responsibility for the actions of their guests or attendees and any damages or nuisances caused thereby. Renter agrees that under no circumstances will alcohol be served to anyone under the age of 19. Renter will remove from the premises any person in attendance at the event that is deemed to be a nuisance or problem, and if tenant does not remove said person or persons, The Lessor reserves the right to call the police and have such person or persons officially removed. Noisy Acres Garden Estates or its owners will not be held responsible or liable by any party for any situation resulting from the serving or consumption of alcohol at any event. A Special Event Liquor Licence is required.

Insurance. The Lessor, will obtain for the Renter, event liability insurance with a minimum of one million dollars ($1,000,000).

Wedding Insurance. We strongly suggest obtaining separate wedding cancellation insurance in case of cancellation for any reason.

Cancellation Policy. We are a small family run venue business and cancellations impact us greatly. If possible, we will always prefer to re-schedule your event and will work hard to find an appropriate date that works best for everyone. In the event of a CLIENT cancellation for any reason, including acts of God, the 25% deposit as outlined in the fee schedule is non-refundable. The $500 Security/Damage Deposit will be returned.

All rentals must be done by no later than 1am unless Renter receives prior written permission from Lessor.
