The new way to wed, whether you call them pop-up weddings, elopements, micro or mini weddings, Noisy Acres offers 2 distinct packages that include everything you need to have a stress free and meaningful ceremony and celebration. Your wedding does not have to be complicated. We have created affordable elopement and small wedding packages that contain all the special details and romantic elements, thoughtfully arranged for you, so all you have to do is show up, get married and enjoy yourself…Mini Weddings Nanaimo.

Our mini weddings are an affordable option to a traditional wedding.

We offer 2 hour or 3 hour ceremony/reception packages on specific dates in the spring and summer months.

(2 hour service, up to 25 people)

  • Rehearsal time the day before
  • Bridal bouquet and boutonniere
  • Onsite coordinator to manage all important details
  • Officiant & personalized ceremony
  • Guest seating
  • Ceremony music
  • 24 Cupcakes & Two Tiered Cake
  • Non-Alcoholic beverages and water
  • Post nuptials toast with bubbly
  • Bartending service
  • 1 1/2 hours professional photography (20 edited images supplied)
  • Charcuterie platter and choice of canapes

A la carte options:

  • Extra bouquets and boutonnieres
  • Addition canapes
  • Additional time for 5pm starts (length of time and price negotiable)

PLEASE NOTE: As we are an outdoor venue, we are closed for viewings between Oct 1st – March 31st each year.  Please check junk mail for response from info@noisyacres.ca or to make it a “safe” email address. 

TERMS/BOOKING POLICY

– $500.00 refundable damage deposit to be paid to reserve your booking.

– A Non-refundable deposit of $1500.00 to be paid at time of booking.

– Final balance paid 60 days prior to event (your $500.00 damage deposit will be returned within 48hrs after your event)

As with all terms/booking policies they should be carefully read and understood prior to giving a deposit to go ahead with your event at Noisy Acres Garden Estates
